    As part of the international Age-Friendly Communities movement, Success Measures designed and implemented a case study evaluation process for Age Friendly Communities USA, a project of the Tides Center, with funding from Atlantic Philanthropies. The goal of the Age-Friendly Communities - USA Project was to rely on a highly participatory approach to engage a diverse group of leading community development organizations interested in embedding planning, programs and community engagement strategies for and by seniors into the fabric of their organizations.     10 Metropolitan Regions in U.S.
    Through a five-year comprehensive collaborative partnership, Success Measures provided customized evaluation services to the Ford Foundation’s Metropolitan Opportunity Unit by designing and implementing a participatory outcome evaluation of its $200 million effort to connect people to opportunity, advancing equity in 10 metropolitan areas and nationally.
