    As part of the international Age-Friendly Communities movement, Success Measures designed and implemented a case study evaluation process for Age Friendly Communities USA, a project of the Tides Center, with funding from Atlantic Philanthropies. The goal of the Age-Friendly Communities - USA Project was to rely on a highly participatory approach to engage a diverse group of leading community development organizations interested in embedding planning, programs and community engagement strategies for and by seniors into the fabric of their organizations.     Through a five-year comprehensive collaborative partnership, Success Measures provided customized evaluation services to the Ford Foundation’s Metropolitan Opportunity Unit by designing and implementing a participatory outcome evaluation of its $200 million effort to connect people to opportunity, advancing equity in 10 metropolitan areas and nationally.
