Since 2011, Jan has been managing Success Measures’ redesign and upgrade of the Success Measures Data System (SMDS). Ms. Hyatt is overseeing the identification and analysis of requirements and processes for the system, as well as leading the strategic design, technical architecture, and implementation efforts in partnership with a software developer. Jan has more than twenty years experience extending from the architecture of software and systems to business analysis and strategic consulting in the nonprofit, government, and technology arenas. Jan previously served as technology director for Enterprise Community Partners, where she developed and managed systems facilitating the integration of data and processes throughout the organization, and as testing manager for Medifast where she was responsible for all phases of testing, staff management, process improvements and project delivery of their new systems.
Jan attended Towson State and Penn State Universities, and received her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI in 2011.
