Success Measures and consulting partner Verge Impact Partners planned and conducted an equitable developmental evaluation, facilitated work sessions and national convenings, and analyzed the housing portfolio for Kresge’s Advancing Health Equity Through Housing funding program which supports community-driven practices that create change at the intersection of health and housing.
For the National League of Cities/Cities of Opportunity’s work with cities pursuing cross-sector collaborations to advance health and racial equity through policy, practice and systems change and innovative local programming, Success Measures provided evaluation planning and qualitative analysis of key learnings from two cohorts of participating cities.
Success Measures served as evaluation partner to the staff of the National Collaborative for Health Equity’s Culture of Health Leadership Institute for Racial Healing who hope to learn about participants’ experience in its 18-month pilot.
Success Measures completed a program-level evaluation of the Institute’s publications and communications products and strategies related to their core goal areas, including equitable land and tax policy and systems, climate resilience, reduced poverty and fiscal health.
Since 2005, Success Measures has served as an evaluation resource for NeighborWorks’ national programs and network of 250 housing and community development organizations.
Success Measures developed a theory of change and comprehensive evaluation plan for the Jackson Medical Mall, a nationally recognized healthcare, community service, education, arts and community development center located in a former shopping mall.
For Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation, a regional community development financial institution, Success Measures conducted an interactive evaluation planning process including a multi-phase evaluation plan, theory of change and implementation strategy.
