Tides Foundation/Atlantic Philanthropies Age-Friendly Communities

As part of the international Age-Friendly Communities movement, Success Measures designed and implemented a case study evaluation process for Age Friendly Communities USA, a project of the Tides Center, with funding from Atlantic Philanthropies. The goal of the Age-Friendly Communities – USA Project was to rely on a highly participatory approach to engage a diverse group of leading community development organizations interested in embedding planning, programs and community engagement strategies for and by seniors into the fabric of their organizations.

Primavera Foundation of South Tucson

The Primavera Foundation has built a strong culture of evaluation and effective use of data over the last decade and has partnered with Success Measures in their evaluation efforts since 2008. Through these endeavors, Primavera has engaged community residents, including youth, in the evaluation process, informed planning, improved programs, and leveraged new resources to expand homeownership and community development opportunities.
